Custom cabinet company’s new offices and warehouse located in state-of-the-art Davie Business Center

 Excel Construction of Florida has completed the 38,340-sq.-ft. office and warehouse space for Eurocraft Cabinetry, located at 3380 Davie Road, Suite 703, in Davie, Florida.

“Over a short period of time, we have built five industrial buildings from the ground up in Davie Business Center,” said Excel Construction President Eric Wolf. “It’s always a pleasure to work with new tenants, like Eurocraft, to realize their workspace visions within a space that Excel already has intricate knowledge of. Having prior experience onsite ensures a quality finished product for our clients.”

The project involved the division of an office space, the addition of a pass through with a window, a new warehouse exhaust system, a ramp and high-end electrical infrastructure.

In 2020, Excel Construction of Florida completed Jarlin Cabinetry, a 100,000-sq.-ft. buildout also located in the Davie Business Center, for the same owner.

Davie Business Center’s prime location allows for easy and cost-efficient distribution to the tri-county area and beyond. Owned and managed by IDI Logistics, the buildings are within close proximity to I-595, I-95, I-75 and the Florida Turnpike.
