Throughout his years in leadership, Excel has continued exponential growth in staff size and revenue. Eric prides himself on establishing Excel’s reputation throughout Florida for working closely with clients to ensure projects are efficient, within budget and meet client’s specific needs. His hands-on, detail oriented approach consistently provides clients with high-quality finished products that surpass expectations. With his lifetime of construction experience and his financial background, Eric has the ability to really dig into each project and provide creative solutions. Eric serves as Co-chair to NAIOP’s Developing Leaders of South Florida and has been recognized by South Florida Business & Wealth and Lifestyle Magazine as a leader in the commercial real estate industry. Honored to be recognized by Connect Media’s CRE Next Generation Award, which highlights young professionals who are influential in the commercial real estate industry and proud to be awarded the 2022 South Florida Business Journal’s 40 Under 40.

Nick holds a Masters of Architecture from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Finance from Michigan State University. He is a Florida Registered Architect and holds his National Council of Registration Boards (NCARB). His extensive design-focused knowledge has prepared Nick to oversee all aspects of the business from resource planning through project closeout and allows him to seamlessly coordinate highly technical projects. Nick helps to ensure an extra level of quality control with his unique perspective by understanding in deth the common coordination issues between design teams and clients. Additionally, Nick keeps Excel up to date with cutting edge technologies by not only sourcing the best products on the market, but overseeing all implementation processes that ultimately help the expansion of Excel Construction’s capabilities.

Spending his career establishing himself as a successful development and construction specialist, Mickey holds a Bachelor’s in Structural Engineering in addition to Commercial Real Estate coursework from MIT. Having achieved a high rank in the renowned Duvdevan Unit of the Israeli Defense Forces, he has honed his ability to operate under high-pressure situations and excel in challenging environments and people management. His proven track record has a keen focus on durations, costs, and quality. His impressive work consistently produces favorable outcomes and continues to prove his leadership is essential to the Excel Construction team.

Joining the company in its early stages, Jose has overseen all aspects of the financials since 2002. Jose brings extensive experience in all accounting areas and is exponentially impactful in permit expediting utilizing his many carefully curated relationships across a multitude of Florida jurisdictions. In his tenure he has helped grow Excel Construction into the company it is today.
