Quickbooks EULA

Effective date: 9/13/2026

Application: “ExcelRetool” (the “Application”), an internal reporting tool operated by Excel Construction of Florida, Inc. (the “Company”) and hosted on the Retool platform at `excelsf.retool.com`.

1. Scope
The Application is a private, internal application. It is used solely by employees and authorized contractors of the Company to read the Company’s own QuickBooks Online company file for reporting and analysis. It is not
offered to the public, is not listed on the Intuit App Store, and does not connect to any QuickBooks Online company other than the Company’s own.

2. License
The Company grants its authorized users a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application in the course of their work for the Company. Access is granted and removed by the Company’s administrators through role-based permissions. No other license is granted.

3. Relationship to QuickBooks Online
The Application connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s Accounting API under an authorization granted by a Company administrator. Use of QuickBooks Online itself remains subject to Intuit’s own terms of service. The Company may disconnect the Application from QuickBooks Online at any time through the Intuit app settings or by removing the authorization in
Retool.

4. Acceptable use
Users may use the Application only for the Company’s legitimate business purposes. Users may not attempt to access data outside their assigned role, extract data for purposes unrelated to the Company’s business, or interfere with the Application’s operation.

5. Data
Financial data read from QuickBooks Online is stored in the Company’s own database for reporting. How that data is handled is described in the Application’s Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

6. Disclaimer and limitation
The Application is provided for internal use “as is”. Figures shown in the Application are copies of the Company’s books refreshed on a schedule and may lag the live QuickBooks Online company; QuickBooks Online remains the system of record. The Company is not liable to users for any decision made in reliance on the Application.

7. Changes and termination
The Company may modify or discontinue the Application at any time. A user’s license ends when their employment or engagement with the Company ends or when their access is removed.
