Rock Lake Building B Shell
3250 NW 33 Street, Pompano Beach
Rock Lake Business Center is literally a filled-in lake off of the turnpike. This project began with dynamic compaction of all building pads to achieve proper densities. Through planning and city negotiations, we were able to phase the projects and still lease. These buildings are both designed with 32’ clear ceiling heights and speed bays.
