Plantation Professional Plaza

Plantation Professional Plaza is a three story CMU building targeted at medical office tenants. Excel Construction has assisted in planning for all of the future medical offices on the first two floors with the third floor being fully inhabited by the building owner. By planning ahead we were able to solve coordination issues that arose while the tenant build-outs were still being drawn. This is sited in the middle of existing medical office buildings with just enough space to get a lift around the exterior of the building.
