Miramar Park of Commerce Building 27 Shell
3150 Executive Way, Miramar
Building 27 was one of the first distribution-style warehouses designed for MPC. With 46’ column spacing, 32’ clear ceilings and an ESFR fire sprinkler system, Sunbeam was looking to accommodate any type of client. The heart of this project’s schedule fell within the summer rainy season and through careful planning we managed to deliver the building on time and within budget.
