This was a tenant fit-out that tested our ability to maintain schedule due to multiple complications, coordination issues with multiple vendors and changes that lead to design modifications during the build. Due to our relationships with the City of Miramar, we were able to expedite drawing revisions through the city and remain on schedule. We maintained composure and were able to get TCO, allowing MHS to move in on time.
