WEMA, formally known as KUS, is the leading global producer and distributor of liquid level sensor and level sensing solutions for fuel tanks, water tanks, and non-potable water holding tanks. Excel was selected to build-out their corporate offices and warehouse center located in Davie after successfully building out their previous one. Since this is their corporate headquarters, KUS wanted to capture the large open areas and natural light offered from their 32’ clear height space. Through design coordination with the architect, KUS was able to create a grand entrance with 15’ ceilings and natural light throughout the space.
