Davie Business Center Building D Shell
3410 Davie Road, Davie
Sited at an abandoned trailer park, Davie Business Center required a lot of site remediation before any construction activities could commence. Existing utilities required asbestos abatement before we could run the planned utilities and grade the new loop road for the park. Building D was also threatened with a Category 5 hurricane during tilting, which required some careful planning to weather the storm.
