Davie Business Center Building C Shell
3430 Davie Road, Davie
Large 32’ clear height tilt-up shell designed with 60’ speed bays. The cleanliness of this job allowed for the owner to pre-lease the building before it was completed. Fast adjustments and forward thinking allowed us to make changes for future tenants during shell construction, saving the owner time and money. Building C was the sister project to Building D; IDI selected Excel due to prior performance without even going to bid.
